【材料】:慈菇1斤、前腿肉1斤、蔥2支、薑2片、醬油2大匙、鹽1/3小匙、胡椒粉2大匙、酒2大匙、味醂2大匙
【做法】:
1、首先將慈菇去皮切塊,五花肉切片,薑切片,青蔥切段備用。
2、把五花肉加入醬油拌勻,放入油鍋油炸至五花肉上色,撈起後,再將慈菇放入鍋,稍微油炸後撈起備用。
3、接著把蔥、薑放入油鍋爆香後,加入油炸過的五花肉及慈菇,再加入醬油2大匙、酒2大匙,最後再加入水,須蓋過食材,然後再加入胡椒粉、鹽、味醂後蓋上鍋蓋,待湯汁煮滾­後,用小火悶燒30-40分鐘。
4、開鍋後立即熄火,盛入燒熱的砂鍋中,最後撒上些許蔥花即可。
