i have a sony vaio vgn-fz240. the battery is completely shot now and some of the usb ports aren't working. its time to get a new laptop for school but idk if its worth spending 2k on a laptop. i really do like the sleekness and sturdiness of the macs, just not sure if i want to make such a big change of having to learn a new os
