@calz1272 No, beg to differ, flew Lockhee, Boeing, Airbus', in my flight career and there is no more solid handling aircraft than a Boeing, Airbus' are OK, but they certainly are not a Boeing.

Its alaska! antartica only has a blue ice runway!

Iqualuit, Nunavut is in Canada.

No Calz 1272 , I respect your opinion but with all due respect airplanes are not just "buses" like Ryanair wnt us to think , theres is something more magic and wonderful than just a means of transportation , I insist Boeing airplanes are funtional but they are design with so much sense of pride and beauty ! just look the cockpit fenestration windows ! Thank you verty much for your interesting comment that I certainly aprecciate !

@camilo06 all planes are just buses if you think about it .. and Airbus are just as good as boeing in every single way. If you've ever seen the a380 in the flesh its much more jawdropping than a b747

is airbus a380 usin RR trent engine???

Horrible aesthetics anyway !
Airbuses are just that ... Buses with wings .
I love Boeing sense of aesthetics and performance , Long live 747 800´s !
Come on.
Nunavut is in Arctic not Antarctic.

Nunavut is near the Arctic, not Antartica, but anyway, what an amazing A380 takeoff from such a short runway (8,600 ft/ 2,621 m)!
