Torat HaMelech (תורת המלך) - Killing Gentiles and the Halachah

This is a book that deals with the Jewish judicial aproach towards non-Jews from the perspective of the halachah (rabbinic law). Its premises are taken from the dictum of the "Noahide Laws"--which according to the Talmud are the requirements for gentiles to be regarded as "righteous among the nations of the world".
The book begins (in chapter one) by explaining that the sixth commandment "You shall not commit murder" (לא תרצח), applies only to the killing of Jews and not gentiles:

(at the begining of Chapter One, [page 17] we read):

בפרק זה נעסוק בכך, שאיסור "לא תרצח" לא נאמר בהריגת גוי, והאיסור לישראל להרוג גוי נלמד מהאיסור של בני נח להרוג זה את זה. בנספחים לפרק נעסוק עוד בעקרון שישראל מחייבים במצוות שנאמרו לבני מח

(translation:) "In this chapter we deal with [our understanding] that the prohibition, "You shall not commit murder" has nothing to do with the killing of a gentile, and that the prohibition to Israel to kill gentiles is predicated on the prohibition given to the descendants of Noah (i.e., noahides) from killing each other.
As an apendix to the chapter, furthermore, we engage with the principle that Jews [too] are responsible to abide by the commandments given to the sons of Noah."

The book proceeds to establish that talmudic law, as explained by a 12th-century rabbi named Moses Maimonides, rules that gentiles are liable to the death penalty if they kill either other gentiles or Jews:

על ששה דברים נצטוה אדם הראשון, על עבודה זרה ועל ברכת ה' ועל שפיכות דמים ועל גילוי עריות ועל הגזל ועל הדינים... הוסיף לנח אבר מן החי... בן נח שהרג נפש אפילו עובר במעי אמו נהרג עליו

(translation:) "The first man [i.e., Adam] was commanded concerning six things: Over idolatry, over cursing the Name of God, over bloodshed, over 'uncovering the nakedness' [of those sexually forbidden to him], over theft, and concerning the establishments of courts of law [to enforce the abovementioned rules]... To Noah [God] added [the prohibition of eating meat cut] from an animal that is still alive... A Noahide who kills a human being, even a fetus in its mother's womb, is to be executed on account of it." (Quoting Maimonides' Mishneh Torah chapter 9, rules 1 and 4).

In order to prove that Jews are permitted [by Jewish law] to kill even innocent witnessess of a Jewish onslaught of non-Jews, the book, in page 187 quotes the Sefer Chassidim (Book of the Pious Ones) paragraph # 1017 that says:

יהודים שהיו הולכים בדרך ופגעו בהם לסטים ועמדו על היהודים, והיהודים הרגו הלסטים, ויש שם גוים, ויראים, שמא יגידו לבניהם או לקרוביהם, וינקמו מהם, לפיכך יכולים היהודים להרוג אף אותם הנכרים, אף על פי שאמרו הנכרים "לא נגיד", שאין להאמין אליהם אם הם מאותן הרשעים, שנאמר: ואיש ואשה לא יחיה דוד (וגו') פן יגידו לפלשתים

(translation:) "If some Jews are walking on the road and they are encountered by vandals, and they stand against the Jews, but the Jews [end up] killing the vandals, yet there are goyim there [who witnessed the whole incident], and the Jews become afraid that the [witnessess] would go and tell the children [of the dead] or their relatives, and they take revenge on them; In a case like this, the Jews are empowered to kill even those strangers. It does not matter if the strangers beg [for their lives] saying: 'we will not tell!' Because they are not to be believed if they belong to that evil people (i.e., goyim), as it is said (Psalm 144.8): 'Their mouth speaks vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood'. And we find concerning [King] David (1 Sam. 27.11): 'And David would not leave alive any man or woman......lest they inform the Philistines'."

@orez72 not true, you haven't read the book; I have, and this stupid rabbis say that a jew can even kill children who happen to have witness jewsh killing adult Gentiles. Even if those children have done anything to threat a jew. - As you can see you only repeat propaganda heard from some liying apologist from israel.

This book was writing for radicalist jews, his group his the same group who kill to isaac rabin. But in any moment this group represent or express the light who the bring and the concepts of Am Israel, we are not doing terrorist atacks, inclusive we have internal discutions about the palestine people, some jews people are in favor to palestine, other jews not. The expression of some radicalist and smaller group can't speak for all the jews people

@chonitin I would like to know how did you get a hold of that book? Either way would you then call the U.S. and Britain murderers? In fact most nations who fought wars? Don't you know what the Allies did to German cities during WWII ? Don't forget about Japan as well which was nuked, twice! G-D gave these laws because G-D knows the psychology of nations. They left out the whole first chapter, which say that it's forbidden to kill non-Jews. Any Jew who does kill a non-Jew will be killed at the hands of Heaven. And, if the non-Jew is righteous then a Jew must do everything in his power to help and sustain him.
