Blue Shell Warning Code

My intention is to publish a code that will allow advance warning for both the flight and explosion of a launched blue shell in mario kart wii.

The code will change the miliseconds timer to 001 indicating "launched and in flight" and 000 will indicate "exploded and/or not in flight".

This code is intended to guage reaction to code publishing. I do posess an additional code that can both steal shared items (legitimately) from WiFi and spy on the status of all shared items. Depending on the result/feedback of this first code release, I will publish these in due course.

Nice. I propose you a modification of the code. A funny modification: use character animation instead of the timer. When BS is coming then character will act as he's falling 047CCB60 3800001A (PAL).
