This video was really hard to make. I was trying not to cry the whole time.
This trial was bittersweet.. He had some very nice runs and I was very proud of him.. Unfortunately this was my last time running him. I think the hardest part of this weekend wasn't the challenges the courses brought us but how many people came up to me telling me how we were such a great team and I really had a great dog and I'd have to tell them he isn't mine. Then my friends who know the story would tell me that I've done such a great job with him and that I need to keep him.. I think that was the hardest part. I'm so thankful though I got the opportunity to run with this amazing dog. Casey is soo lucky she has a dog like him. As I've said before, I'd do anything to have him. I can't believe how much we've bonded in the past few months and I can't believe how far we've come in the little time I've had him. I don't think there was ever a run with him where I couldn't stop smiling - pretty run or not we still had a blast. I'm sitting here right now writing this with tears in my eyes.. scratch that - bawling my eyes out. I'm really going to miss him. I wish Casey the best with him in the future and hope he goes far. He's really a special boy...

oh candence is a beautiful dog. he is very fast! how long has he been trialling for now? or training?

You did an incredible job with him. I can't believe how happy he looks! Actually I totally can haha. You and Cade did a great job together and you brought him so far. From working with his weave poles to just clicking as a team. He's a great dog and I'm so glad you had the chance to run him.

Aww, Chumpyy! You really did do SUCH a good job with him!! You always handled him so well- and he ran great for you!! Even if he isn't yours, at least you can say you got the change to run such an awesome dog:) <3

awww...im gonna miss cade-boy!! you have done a great job with him!! :) and he is one awesome dog! on the bright side, he has helped you become a better trainer for your puppy! i'll miss seeing his cute face at trials...
