Investigadora y consultora sobre Social Media, comunidades, innovación y tendencias. Autora de El Caparazón, uno de los blogs más reconocidos en habla hispana. Psicóloga social.

Después de unos 15 años dirigiendo Centros, Programas y Proyectos de Formación, trabaja actualmente como freelance, profesora, conferenciante, consultora, en distintas empresas, instituciones, Universidades y organizaciones, Posgrado Redes sociales Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Universidad de Salamanca, Elisava, Programa Compartim Dep. de Justícia, varios proyectos en Fundación Telefónica, Diputación de Barcelona, etc. Podéis ver aquí algunos proyectos, sesiones de formación, ponencias e informes de consultoría.

Participa frecuentemente como ponente en distintos eventos, jornadas, congresos, sobre los temas en los que investiga y es formadora: Innovación social, entornos colaborativos, Dinamización de comunidades, redes sociales, Tendencias web, empresa 2.0, Social Media, Entornos Personales de Aprendizaje, Educación 2.0, Innovación educativa, Ciberculturas,...

En cuanto a formación académica tradicional, es Licenciada en Psicología, Posgrado en Inserción sociolaboral, Máster en multimedia, diseño y desarrollo web, retomando actualmente el de Doctorado en Sociedad del Conocimiento de la Universitat Oberta de Cataluña (UOC).

En la red, forma parte de diversas comunidades, comités científicos de expertos en social media, educación y tendencias de futuro en la web, con los que estudia en profundidad los temas de los que hablo a diario en su blog.

En su trayectoria profesional, también ha trabajado durante años coordinando y dirigiendo entidades y compañías de formación, orientación laboral y elearning.

En cuanto a publicaciones, destacar distintas aportaciones en libros sobre modelos de Open Social Learning (aprendizaje social abierto), PLEs, Web social, ... Aparecen en trabajos publicados por Fundación telefónica, Colectivo Zemos98, la Generalitat de Cataluña,...

Colabora con medios de prensa y televisión, por ejemplo entrevistas en El Periódico, BTV, ADN, ABC, TV3, La Opinión de Canarias, Radio Estel y diversas Revistas especializadas en Sociología, Orientación laboral, E-learning, Sector Educativo,...
