It is someone's remix of a frequently remixed song - Ofra Haza's biblical a capella "Love Song". This example has also filtered her voice - it sounds changed.
The pure unaccompanied vocals of the original
make it a frequent choice of remix jockeys.
You can find uploads of the original song on YouTube. It was released as a track on her "Shaday" album of 198 which sold worldwide. Ofra had a big range of music from Yemenite and Jewish folk music through jazz, pop to electro and gothic.
