Looks to me that the battery was moved lower and turned. Can probably be removed from the other side behind the cover.

@RuthNoemi31 head light is stock yamaha vstar 650, but bates style aftermarket 5 3/4" headlights go for peanuts. tank was on ebay or most bike catalogues. hope this helps.

How much would you charge to do this to an 04 Vstar custom? I have one that I want to make a bobber. Any ball park ideas?

@Unrelenting1 $5500. it can be $1000 cheaper if you stick with the stock 15" rear wheel. these prices both include a 21" front wheel. i'm not doing the 19" front wheels anymore unless specifically requested. hope this helps.
