There were 104 names on that list but there were only 83 confirmed positive tests for performing enhancing drugs. Now isn't that strange. Why are there 21 more names on that list than the confirmed number of actual performance enhancing provided by the MLB. So 21 names are on that list who tested negative and I believe that David Ortiz is one of them.
