There is one problem with the video, and to me it was a big one. You didn't answer the basic questions. Why exactly the insulation. Why the R30. Quick description of physics behind that. The prolonged episodes of silent labor should have involved constructive advice. Time/info ratio was less than adequate. My constructive two cents. You guys seem to be amazing professionals, and I admire the fact you made an effort to educate for free. Greatness is close, tighten it up. God bless.

I'm sorry I don't know much about acoustics. Is this booth above a previously treated floor? Can I make the whole floor of my room with this construction method? I guess I should also put some u-boats in the intersection with the walls, right?
