"Ävaz" in Persian mode HOMAYOUN, Santur: Mohammad Heydari, Tombak, Hayedeh performed it around 1985 in Los Angeles. The name of the work is not 'Chin-e Zolf":)

@Yesardogush thank you very much for your comment! it showed up as chin-e zolf in ma player but couldn't find any reference to it anywhere. could you please restate the exact name of this piece? it's soo movingly recited (unfortunately I don't understand a word but am hoping to find a translation somewhere)

@chennaia : it's AVAZ, a Persian vocal form in the mode Homayoun, poem are by classical Persian poets (of course not quite easy to understand who are not fluent in Persian) :)
