If you have ever read any of the original writings by thomas jefferson or james madison (among others) you would find that they were 100%, TOTALLY consumed with the concept of Natural Rights. These principles were formed by great minds like John Locke, whom Jefferson called part of the holy trinity of minds in the history of the world. I'd be interested in hearing his response to the fact that the provision of "particularly describing the place to be searched..." allows terrorists, upon being notified, to avoid using those venues. Of course, if we're talking about non-U.S. citizens (which I do not believe are entitled to such protection from a legal standpoint), then this would not be an issue. If we're talking about an American citizen, then under the 4th, NO EXCEPTION can legally be made, period.

The constitution is mis quided regarding that there has been any description regarding the material culture which changes economy' its all a forn of greed in one way or another, those whom believe that law is real live within an imaginary world period' now who knows anything you do not know' there i no independence we are all one thing one material culture going no where' ever' unless you dumb people realize that most are nothing more than scripted regarding a world view that has no cause' ever'
