Trex 450 v2 belt going side to side

I can't get my belt to be perfectly centered. It goes from one side to the other depending on the way I rotate the blades.

When I flight my heli, I sometime get a big drop in head speed for about a second and then the head speed goes back to normal. What I'm guessing is that the belt ride on the left side of the pulley creating a lot of tension and the slide back on.

I once had to land because of a low head speed and after inspection I noticed that the belt got stuck between the pulley and the tail case on the left side. I replaced the belt since and never saw it getting stuck like that. But I'm afraid to flight my bird now and I'd like some suggestion.

You can get a tensioner for a Blade 400 that has walls on either side to make sure that the belt stays centered and will not run off the tensioner and break the belt.  Fits Trex perfectly, already have one on mine

Ya removing the idler pulley helps alot. I noticed a HUGE difference right away.

Experienced same problem with my V2, removed pulley and have over 30 flights with no problems.

ace the pulley now, it is useless at best. Reinstall the bearing and you,re all set

I removed my IDLER PULLEY and use some SILICONE spray on belt , all ok.
