Common Causes of Anxiety and Depression

1. Essential Fatty Acid deficiency.

2. Serotonin and Noradrenaline deficiency.

4. Hypoglycemia, that is low blood sugar.

4. Pyroluria, which is caused bya deficiency of zinc and vitamin B6.

5. Nutritional deficiencies or dependencies, that is some people require much higher dose of certain nutrients than other people.

6. Thyroid deficiency (including Hashimoto's Autoimmune Disease)

7. Brain allergies.

8. Candida, that is fungal molds in the body.

9. Abnormal histamine levels in the brain.

10. Heavy metal toxicity from lead, copper, mercury or cadmium.

11. Brain damage from drugs, illicit or prescribed.

  • @hokuspokus29 Low brain cholesterol levels are indicated by low blood cholesterol levels. Normal cholesterol levels would be 150 or greater. Low cholesterol levels would be if your cholesterol was less than this, for example 100 or 50. This would be very low cholesterol. I'm not sure how Dr. Larson measures histamine levels, but I assume histamine levels are simply measured in the blood or the urine.
