Paul Day, aged 31, of Basildon, Essex, had been serving a seven-and-a-half-year sentence for robberies. He was sentenced to a further six months for a serious assault on a fellow prisoner convicted of a sex offence.
Paul had endured verbal abuse and had urine thrown at him when he was admitted to the Prison. He was also told there was a price on his head.
Paul took his own life at Durham's Frankland prison.

My son has suffered at the hands of these racists. They take the greatest of pleasure in torturing inmates mentally, physically and verbally. No one is ever held accountable for the deaths of inmates in prisons. Many of whom are innocent. If you have never had a loved one in prison you may have a different view but thats only because you never hear the inside story. British "justice" does not protect the innocent and the prisons are a law unto themselves.
