spiritual extortion is a terrible thing, But I do have to say that we can not speak for God, Only God knows the hearts and knows who is saved and not, I stumble on this as well.
I still believe that people do have the gifts of healing and prophecy and speaking tounges, but there are alot of false prophets who don't have the gift and explot it.
True Christians use the gifts for free, we give them away to give glory to God

The divinity of Jesus was clear in John's writing. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made" (John 1:1-3 NKJV
Jesus is the Word and the Word is God.
