for games, the iphone win
for design and non easily breakable its the htc legend who wins.
Legend = design, social phone, some games
iPhone = easy to break, but really good hardwarespecs!

@IcyFr33ze if u gonna buy it for good price choose the htc legend but if u gonna play games on it buy the "htc wildfire S" or HTC Gratia.

Hm love this phone I own it. Well this is solid phone. It is fine but at times when running real time processing like AUDIO DSP or intense RAM usage it seems to jitter. But it is solid and amazing and yet beautiful. The audio output is not too powerful but Audio CLarity and sound quality is great. The screen is great, the battery
life is fine if tweaked a little. SD Card size of up to 32 GB is great love that. It is just brilliant device. Def beats iPhone 3GS and 3G!
