Creating a 3 layer stencil

I am showing you how i created a 3 layer stencil using photoshop. The stencil is of Edgar Allan Poe and it was done because on my ning site we have a Halloween theme running and Poe is the king of spook. i wanted to show my ningers how to create this stencil.
