what speed can you go on the 36?

Hey, my Coker came 2 weeks ago and I love it. Been doing 10 mile rides daily, with a few 25s in too, all in preparation of 75 in 10 days. Anyway, the only complaint I have is the Velo gel saddle. It gets uncomfortable after a good 20 minutes. Is there anything I can do to make it more comfortable, other than buying a new saddle? Thanks a ton.
