Q. How much system memory is best, 2GB or 4GB?

A. I'd recommend at least 4GB using Vista 64bit. Watch video to find out more... http://www.Support3GM.com

  • @Samiyar09 oh really

  • @danisasuperbeast definately 2 x 2 GB sticks of ram. i ran into this confusing yesterday. i actually bought 2 x 2GB ddr3 ram TODAY. 2 reasons, it is dual channelling (better performance) and also if your 1 x 4 GB ram stick breaks, you have nothing to run your system at all. If a 2 GB stick breaks, you still have the other one :)

  • Ok, is it better to have 1 4gb stick of ram or 2 2gb sticks of ram?

  • I got 64Gbs of memory on my mac

  • I got 6 GB.. I want 12..

  • i got ddr3 1600mhz corsair.2x2gb = 4gb ftw

  • 4GB is always good, no matter what OS you're rocking ;)

I'm planning on upgrading from 2GB to 4GB too!

  • I was just given a PC, it has a radeon 9200, 2.2 cpu but it only has 600 mb of ram. I tried to use a flash stick as ram but I don't notice any improvement. I'm going nuts because I want to play minecraft and it's a pig, I need at least 2 gigs of memory to make it play smoothly (sorta). If you are saying that the Video card eats up RAM then I think I will go for 4 gigs.

  • Dangit, I just bought 16 terabytes of ram but I now I have a problem. My motherboard cant fit it D:

  • i have Windows 7 32bit but i plan on having 4GB memory :/
