@StrangeTours I would buy a pebble or anything or any junk that dates back to when The Family were still living and active there at the ranch for 5 pounds sterling. if I knew for sure that it really was from that ranch. If I ever visited America I know for sure I would have to visit that place. There is something about that era that really interests me; the music was great and with the counter culture (Hippies etc) etc it all just seemed so idealistic. The Manson murders marked a turning point.

I live near Cielo Drive (Beverly Hills) which is the street Sharon Tate lived on when she was murdered.

When I see places like Barker Ranch, I get upset because of what Manson did.

He had people killed and then he hid like a coward while others were being arrested.

Too bad he was not put to death.

I have some interesting Sharon Tate videos that I made on my channel if anyone is interested.

@Ruckasman Yeah I have read and watched pretty much everything that exists about these people, sad but true : ) However, Helter Skelter was, according to Manson -who should know as it's HIS phrase after all- was meant to be an apocalyptic RACE war. The LA murders were intended to incite black vs. white war, which they didn't. Unless I missed that war... Tate/LaBianca was a means to this end, not Helter Skelter in itself. That is my point, check out what the phrase actually meant to the Family.

dhole4064 Your reply is clear that you have done your home work by reading what has been printed. My point is to point out that there is only one (1) VW part in the area. Another clue for you Helter Skelter did happen in LA for seven victims +. Or was that not clear in the books you have read.

...Tate/LaBianca (in Sept '69),a dozen heavily armed Family members arrived to occupy the area properly. So it is definitely possible that there is evidence of their occupation still in the area, esp when you consider how remote and unpopulated it is even today.

Finally..HELTER SKELTER DID NOT HAPPEN IN LA! Its race war predicted by Manson that never happened. The murders were intended to START Helter Skelter, they were NOT Helter Skelter itself.

The verified FACTS are this: that this area was occupied by the Family in preparation for Helter Skelter; several key members of the family lived here (although some defected via Crockett); Clem, girls and according to Crockett, possibly Manson himself, were caught on at least 3 occasions trying to creepy-crawl Crockett and Poston while they slept.
