philippinese people don't understand what it takes to reach a higher standard of living or make themselves strive for better standards which says a lot about their english too since they don't know when to place a full stop for instance and continue rattling on without any regard for what they're saying whether it makes sense or not but that's just my opinion unless someone else has a better opinion in which case i think my senetence structure is better than some philipinnese 4 yr old's typing

I have a cousin here at the Philippines, he use to study here getting quite bad grades but then he migrated to america and continue his studies for some reason then he suddenly became more than what I have expected, hes one of the smartest on his class... :)
