That being said, however, San Francisco in this 1990 NFC Championship was as close to a three-peat as I think any NFL team will be for a long, long time..it's hard enough to achieve three in a row in the NBA, MLB or NHL nowadays..to do it in the NFL is next to impossible..it won't be done in this decade, for certain..
