Beautiful soothing piano music from the cd "Healing Touch" by Martin Brookes. Available from http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/martinbrookes and http://www.itunes.com/martinbrookes

A deceptively simple improvisation. I added the echo on a whim after I had recorded the piano. Now I can't imagine it without it :-)

This piece creates a deep space and, if you are willing to become one with the notes (maybe in quiet meditation with eyes closed), you will experience not only peace, but a simple spiritual journey ending in profound silence.

Namaste

  • More than beautiful!

More than a feelings! So deep meditation and relaxation in less than 6 minutes!

Of course, added to My favorites.

    How did you that?

  • @wessna58 In 'stream-of-conciousness' playing there is no thought, no ego or egoic intention. In 'emptiness' my body and it's learned motor skills are available for Self to express itself creatively. Self is love, compassion, stillness and silence, so the space between the notes is really what is being brought to your attention, the infinite depth of Being. I, as ego, cannot take responsibility for that :-)

  • Nice, added to my piano-playlist and playlist for relaxation (list 2)

    May ♥love♥ be with you

  • Barua a Soldani is a story about a letter Karen Blixen received from King Christian X as thanks for a lion-skin she had sent him. One day, a young Kikuyu has one of his legs crushed under a felled tree and is in great pain. As she does not have any morphia with her, she decides to place the King's letter on the young Kikuyu's chest, her hand on top of it, and tells him that a letter from a king "will do away with all pain". It works and from that day the letter becomes part of her medicine stock
