Trainer on the coast of Cinnibar (Wild "Chief" Appears)

I did the missingno cheat except I named myself "Zy-lock" and this made me fight a trainer when I surfed the coast instead of fighting just "Missingno". What's really weird is the music. It seems to be a slowed down version of the music in the final fight with Gary.

Something I should have said before: Sorry for the crappy video quality. I can't use emulators and my camera sucks...

Thanks glad to see someone likes it. The people on gamefaqs didn't seem to care but...I don't know...I was frustrated that there were no videos like this on youtube. I was searching for forever and though I found many glitches and hackers I never found this glitch so..yeah...

Hey, HalfBreed, you forgot to mention me! I was the guy playing the actual game while you recorded! You also missed a number of things I pointed out.

1) The first "Missingno" thing is Onix, as shown by it's weakness to Grass and ability to use Screech.

2) The other one is Primeape or Mankey. (you don't show it, but its type and attack are evidence again)

3) The Nidorinos make you press the button every time you attack or a message pops up.

Anyway I like exploiting glitches on this game so feel free to post random things I can do to further mess up my game. So long as it doesn't involve using some sort of hacking tool.

Yep. That they do. I guess that's why they didn't like it....to bad too. I enjoyed that glitch. Not sure if too many other people did though....

6 stars and I'm the first view! but I can only give you 5. I still remember that glitched music even though it was 4 years since I heard it. You are also right that it is Gary music. You encounter the trainer because there is a special character (non number or letter) in your name like the pkmn or the "-". Try searching for it on google.
