@HeyBartenderOne This bartender you know - introduce SCHRAMM or CHASE (If you can find CHASE, it's british, SCHRAMM however is Canadian). I'm not sure if it's for sale in Ontario, it's made in Pemberton (BC).

@HeyBartenderOne Not necessarily, but they just have a lot of character. I've heard from a lot of bartenders that Vodka is rather looked down on because it aspires to be "Tasteless", which isn't necessarily always true based on many of the brands I've tried. There was even a bartender who wrote a large blog entry called "Vodka is stupid".
