Good news, if you were thinking breaking the yolk negatively affects the cholesterol, turns out it doesn't. You need heat and pressure for oxidation to occur.
@SebbeSucksBawlz yes hemp is a much better source of food than eggs and hemp has an enormous list of uses great storage ability and no blood and guts thus disease like e coli etc
