  • @SubtleElegance - Sorry to hear you had an injury. You should definitely get an x ray and probably an MRI. You may have herniated a disk in your lower back. Hope it's just muscular though.

  • @supasayam - Happy you liked the video. I will be adding a video related to stamina in the next month (remind me if I forget) about how sprinting can help you improve your aerobic capacity. That does sound surprising that you've been working out for a few years and can't improve your cardio. A couple things to consider: not getting enough sleep or not eating enough calories/carbs can impact your performance. Finally, jumping rope and adding volume to your workout can be very helpful.

  • Hi, i wish i had seen this before. I got injured lifting the bar three days ago and it feels horrible. I had just started lifting and my coaches didnt really tell me anything about technique....so basically i used my back and i felt something pop and now I dont know how to soothe that ache.

  • tres handsome!

  • This is great! Definitely gonna subscribe. Is there anyway you could do a video on building stamina? I've been running sprinting jogging and even boxing for about 3 or 4 years now and even though I've begun shaping up, I can't seem to last more than a mile jogging, and about a single round boxing.

If you'd like to discuss please send me a message.
