The chargers magnetic field ionizes the water molecules. This ionization process of the water molecules causes the water to form smaller molecule clusters, helping to improve the osmosis rate in comparison to the normal (un-magnetized) distilled water. The water molecule is dipolar, it has a + and - side, when placed in a magnetic or electric field the water molecules line up more into hexagonal bonded rings, when the field is removed it slowly reverts. Read any of the books by Albert Roy Davis, a scientist and researcher who proved that N and S poles have different effects. N pole treated water stunted plants, S pole made them grow fast and healthy. Do your experiment again with S pole treated water or experiment with plants....
