Das mit dem roboter ist sinnlos... es gibt dem kunden kein besonderen vorteil in hinsicht einkaufserlebnis und dem supermarkt erst recht nicht da sie darauf ausgelegt sind das kunden herumirren. Dieses concept hat nur den vorteil des gadgets dass leute anzieht, sie werden aber sehr schnell gelangweilt sein und die roboter nicht mehr nutzen. Langwierig keine loesung...
