@EVOPOWER888 Well, If Pruven had successfully sued sharkbait then legally Sharkbait would have to remove that particular video from Youtube and since he hasn't then i'm assuming you guys didn't. Also i'm not a lawyer but i think even the threat of a lawsuit might prompt him to remove his video. Although, i agree with you on some level because my parents own a restaurant and there are some people that would make up ridiculous claims just to get a free meal.
@212Dude212 How do you know Pruven did not sue Sharkbite? Do you expectt them to put up a sign in their shop window that they successfully sued & won against that hater?
It's a no-win situation for a business when targeted by liars. cowards & haters. How does one prove something that didn't happen?
Some haters don't want to see through Sharkbites lies & jump on the hatetrain . The dyno video shows a great running car......period.
Unfortunately the phrase:"Can't fix stupid" applies :)
@EVOPOWER888 Yes, i agree that suing is costly but doesn't the bad publicity you are receiving also costing you business and money?. 23000 views might not be a lot but i believe it would generate a substantial amount of bad image for your company, especially since your company is targeting a niche market.
@212Dude212 z Obviously you don't much about the law. It's very costly & time consuming to sue. Pruven made a spoof video exposing a liar which is a lot cheaper than going to court.
Apparetly you haven't noticed that we are all customers & can't be right all the time :)
You seem to be one of those people who are oblivious to reality.
Man, this is really unprofessional. Even if Sharkbait was lying, you as business, shouldn't be making a video and complaining about a CUSTOMER. Have you ever heard of the phrase "The customer is always right". Oh and if the video he made isn't true, then why didn't you just sue him for defamation?
wow, I am so glad other people realize what a trash place this is. I saw some of Big Al's other videos and there are mostly positive responses. What a joker...
@ChiTownBullzzz21 What are you talking about? Do you comprehend what you read? Sharkbite is trashing Pruven with lies. Seems to me that is why Pruven responded with this video to set the record straight..
"Customer is always right" definitely does not apply in this case :)
@212Dude212 I don't know if they sued or not. Freedom of speech is a tricky thing.
I think you hit the nail on the head.........customers looking for a free meal.
