Location:
This beach hotel and club resort is located on the unspoilt tropical island of Pangkor, off the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The resort is surrounded by 73 acres of lush tropical jungle, exotic land and marine life.

Facilities:
In attractive low-rise, Malay-style architecture, this recently refurbished 258-room resort, including suites, spans across a cluster of private villas, the premier Ocean Wing, Pacific Wing and Garden Wing. On this private enclave, it offers 1.2 km of white sandy beach with inviting emerald green sea. Calm and tranquillity greets guests the moment they set foot on the resort. All around, guests will experience stunning diversity, unspoiled beauty, exotic flora, a pristine beach and a heart-capturing sunset. The hotel is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception. It also possesses a safe, a currency exchange and dining facilities. Room and laundry services are also available.

Rooms:
The villas, which exemplify a traditional Malaysian village, are situated on one end of the bay, along an undulating slope covered with tropical jungle, with the sea front right on its doorstep. Each of the villas, fitted with a balcony, commands an impressive view of the sea and is luxuriously furnished with a large day bed fringing the bay windows, a deep sunken bath and an oversized outdoor shower, surrounded by tropical jungle. They are also air-conditioned and offer a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities.

Sports/Entertainment:
There is something for everyone, be it for the urban traveller, the energetic personality or those seeking a laid-back vacation. Guests can take advantage of the wide range of activities like, an early morning jungle walk led by an experienced guide, or try for a bull's eye at the archery. For those looking for something a bit more vigorous there is tennis available. Unwinding and soothing aching muscles is also an option at the spa. Water sports are also on offer in the form of banana boating and water and jet skiing. There is also an outdoor swimming pool with sun recliners and tennis, archery and mini-golf are available.

Meals:
The Hornbill Restaurant is an informal, open-air dining area overlooking the swimming pool and beachfront, located on the ground level. It features daily à la carte and buffet breakfasts with changing theme buffet dinners including a children's menu.

How to get there:
From Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Sepang, either transfer to the resort in a private car via the coastal town of Lumut, or take an internal flight on Berjaya Air from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang. Upon arrival at Pangkor Airport, the resort's friendly staff will assist you with your transfer by boat to the resort.
