Yeah first half rocks and is pretty instant. But the second half is where they experiment and makes for a very interesting listen.... which grows on you more and more. Both Gem's and Andy's songs grow as does Soldier On. In time we're see just how great the album is. I like how diverse it is and ballsy in places too.
