  • How do I actually have a lucid dream? please help!!!!

  • @prrquaa There are some great resources out there to help. Check out the description on this video, I've updated it with some new links. Have fun!

Some quick tips that really helped me: 1)Eat eggs - they are high in choline, which helps optimizes your brain chemistry for lucid dreams 2)Pay attention before you go to sleep - tell yourself that you will have a lucid dream and that you will remember it 3)Drink water before you go to bed - it gives you a chance to wake up in the middle of a dream.

  • pinching yourself usually wont help in a dream, because the brain makes you think that it hurts, and its precived as pain in the dream... or something...

  • @MaRkIpArK I'd agree, I've never heard that pinching yourself in a dream is a good way to stay lucid.

Experts say the best way to stay in a lucid state is to spin your body. It distracts your mind from feeling your sleeping body. Either that or rub your hands together in your dream.

  • I tried to take control, looked at my hands but nothing happened. What initially happens when you realize your dreaming?

  • @DalueCommentarys The first thing I notice when I become lucid is a surreal feeling of freedom. I get a wave of good vibes and I usually end up waking up.

Most of the time I get to enjoy a quick flight or some other neat experience before the dream ends.

If you're making a conscious effort to control it, try to avoid doing so. Thinking will often snap you out of the dream state. It's more about feeling (at least for me anyway).

  • that pinching thing isn't true, why does everyone say that, one time in my dream i pinched myself, and inside my dream the pinch felt real, so i thought it was reality :/

  • @supyal19 Its 100% normal. and not anyone can have it.

  • I dont know what ur talking about, but i remember my dream, and i can fully control it most of the time and i can desire of anything and i can have that in my dream but, the timing is not much, i try not to wake up and keep it as long as i want but it seems like its impossible, for me it less not so long may be couple of minutes. its scary not fun some times, bcz i feel the whisper or the person very close to me knowing i am dreaming.

  • @prrquaa dont sleep for a long time, no joke may be for 20 hours

  • @gil12gamepro1
