can you suggest any good Gung Fu places in the Denver Colorado area? i mean traditional Gung fu but they spar and have combat apps as well?

@IIVI0RTAL Choy lee fut is better. Jkd is more of a philosophy which can be applied to tkd, so jkd isn't actual complete martial art. If you are looking for a new MA, then choose Choy lee fut, but it may take a long time to master it. I don't do it, but it's shaolin art - they study for decades.

the difference is that when you go outside wearing shoes it makes it easier the kicks hurt alot more, practicing barefoot helps you feel the pain and learn how to take it.

and choy li fut seems to be a really good one, its either this one or jeet kune do, which one would you guys recommend me, im a black belt at tkd.
