The bad news is that running barefoot doesn't automatically give you perfect form (I had a feeling that was the case). The good news is if I'm capable of making the adjustment, I could be faster with less effort. The words "faster" and "less effort," when used in the same sentence, is very good news indeed!
this is good info. When I had IT band syndrome, I was told I hadn't stretched it properly before running.
