@mcken32 Hi hun! I had to stay off it for a full month. Then I had to do physical therapy for another month. Now I can only dance with a brace on, but am slowly transitioning out of it and dancing more and more as my leg gets better. In truth, I have to work out the leg little by little to get it working again. Thanks for asking! :)
