I beg to differ. I've known Linda/Tracey since Engle Street school (5th Grade) and we were friends all through Dwight Morrow and graduated together in 1976. She was beautiful and elegant as well as modest and genuine. I should have been so lucky to be that "tall and plain".

I do not know about the goddess crap. I personally knew Tracey. Her real name is Linda Ross. I know nothing about her being from Brooklyn. I believe that is Hollywood hype. She grew up in Englewood, NJ in a duplex across from Winton White Stadium. Englewood NJ is a small town with one high school and all the kids pretty much know each other. She was one year ahead of me in Dwight Morrow HS and graduated in the class of 1976. She was tall and plain is HS- nothing spectacular.

I believe Trace was competing with Lisa Parker, I thought Lisa was gonna win cuz she was more beautiufl. Well, I guess the judges were looking for more than just beauty.... I think Tracy is a pretty lady but, not I call "knockout georgous".

@kenneyut I obviously hadn't made it clear who I was talking about. "Bluesy51", otherwise known as "Karen" is the promiscuous alcoholic that we all threw out of the house because she was endangering us. Tracey took the lead in getting rid of her but we all wanted her gone! And like a true alcoholic she tries to put the blame on someone else rather than fessing up to the part she played. Some things never change and some people never grow.

@bluesy51 I remember you both. Karen, you were an alcoholic who used to go out every weekend, get drunk out of your mind and bring home any  random ex-con to sleep with. We'd find him the next morning wandering around the house naked. We asked you nicely to cut it out and stop endangering us but to no avail. Tracey finally put the hammer down (Thank-God!) but we all wanted you out! When you finally get clean and sober you will realize you owe all of your former roommates an apology.

I used to remember week after week, my sister and I were pulling for her left and right and never forget how we shouted with excitement when she won the finals... I am so heartbroken....
