I don't believe it! You do 5 minutes of Motherhood - highly repetitive and slow so slow. It should have taken 30 seconds! Then you suddenly jump, completely omitting how the first wrap should be terminated.

Is this wrap possible only with two holes? I have a Cold Steel Pro Balance knife i want to try this wrap on, or maybe there is a similar wrap i could use?
