A real belief that you have "Morgellons" is a symptom of serious mental illness. DO NOT try to pick or pull out anything that you think is in your skin. If you tell a competent dermatologist you have Morgellons & give them stuff like this you've "saved", they will most likely prescribe anti-psychotic medication or refer you to a psychiatrist.

"medical science" doesn't know everything. 100 years from today, 90% of humanity were still riding horses and reading by kerosene lamp. We're not all that, this isn't Star Trek. i think there's lots of diseases out there we don't have a name for yet.
