I wonder if Arnold ever went outside the gym? Did he even have a real home?
-
@bingbang3214 The day when someone like you even comes close to reaching their 'genetic potential' naturally... LOL
-
@santeenl ok so if he eats and exercises he will not gain weight? there are certain calories a person needs according to his height to gain weight.
-
@hassan1255 No, friends of mine have very thin parents and are veeery thin from themselves. Even if they would work out, they would get muscles but will never be able to be a body builder.
-
@santeenl what type of body would you classify as bad? a diseased one?
-
@hassan1255 Well it's funny you say that, cause some things like talent is something you cannot help, it's just something you got. Albert Einstein was not only really smart, but he worked a lot for it. Without dedication you won't reach anything. Same goes for sport and probably same goes for bodybuilding. You need a good body to start with (gene's or so called "talent") to grow muscles, but training and feeding are things that ask a lot from.
-
@santeenl there is no talent in bodybuilding just time. when i first started pullups i couldnt do 1. now i can do at least 3. same with bodybuilding. anyone who puts in time and steroids can get that big. it's not impressive as being a genius like albert einstein.

There are so many misconceptions about steroids it's not funny. No matter what he was injecting he would look the way he did without a LOT of hard work, dedication and natural talent. Ultimately steroids merely assist the body, not replace proper training and diet. Nor, contrary to popular belief, do they allow you to surpass your genetic potential, merely bring it more realistically within reach.
