New Jersey Transit Exclusive! : Flxible Metro B NIS, MCI D4500CT 7112 (Ex-MTA) & NABI 416.15 @ 40th Street

Two exclusives in one!

The MCI seen here is Ex-MTA NYCB 2280 bound for the new MCI D4500CT order. I'm not entirely sure why the MTA rejected a bunch of these, but NJT makes these buses look good!

Engine Specs and Transmission for these buses are

Caterpillar C-13 ACERT
Allison B500R

And sadly, the NABI 416.15s (40-SFW) will be replacing the Flxible Metro Bs and some other buses, I dont know all the information as of yet. These buses look and sound awesome! New Jersey Transit made a good move to go with NABI ( North American Bus Industries )

The engine and transmission specs of these buses are

ZF ECOMAT-2 HP-592C

Also a Flxible Metro B with Detroit Diesel 6V92! I havent heard that type of engine since the GMC RTS days. Better catch these while you still can because the NABIs will be replacing these

3014 was my best Flex before HIlton gave them to Oradell. I miss my Flxes, Yeah them suckas did lean when making turns like that. We have no more Flxes. Theyve finally got rid of 3774(Metro D)

@xProxable NJ Transit is slowly phasing out the Flxible buses because the company no longer exists. Trenton will get them sometime soon. And in a few years the Flxibles will be gone. Meadowlands garage already has a boneyard set up and already has like 18 flxibles there.

the meanest leans were the old MCI Red and Tan buses they looked like they were gonna tip over. And i doubt Trenton will receive any NABi cuz we have the Newer Flxible's
