The video of the "Glendalough" project we did during the second semester of the MsC in Digital Games in DIT, Dublin, Ireland. We took the terrain data from Google Earth and imported it in the engine. We took a lot of pictures of the different places to help us out during the creation of the map. We did most of the 3D assets from scratch (the round tower, the monastery, etc.) and we also included some gameplay elements (in the video you can see only the glider in action, but there are also some small puzzles to solve).
