Yes, I own the dvd ,and when I was a kid I spent many hours looking at the sets of 20K under the sea..in 1958 I got to see the movie, and I felt disapointed because I had spent so many hours in a dreamland that made me feel like Ned Land ..one day I looked behind the curtin and saw the Squid and the lights that made it look like water I was amazed and to this day I have never forgottin that moment...
Dear Global Friends,
Part 1..
Probably it may be true in other parts of its meaning. As 20,000 leagues is equivalent to nearly 60,000 miles.
Probably it is an invention of a great submarine that travelled around the globe in 60,000 miles under the sea.
If it is 60,000 miles deep inside the sea, then this submarine will be squeezed into unrecognisable tiny size.
For example, one ton of metal will be squeezed into roughly one pound per square inch.

continued......Part 2.
There may be extremely hot and cold temperatures in between these spheres.
So how can human beings survive with high compressed pressures and extreme temperatures ?
Probably the writer would like to express the wonders of nature that human beings are unable to conquer,
same as in outer space. Human beings have a limited knowledge, capability and resources to overcome the unlimited of nature.
END....
