2:28 - "But leave me my life" is more accurate, I think (because "leben" is used, not "freiheit").

Other than that and what other posters have pointed out, good job. Is German or English your first language?

English. I translated Act 1 after one month of German classes, so some of the errors are just because my listening comprehension wasn't that great back then. I might go back and redo the subtitles more accurately now that my German is much better. As for translating that line with freedom instead of life... I can only blame sleep deprivation. :) I would argue that the sense of the two words in this context is similar, but yeah, life would be better.

This is good, but still may be improved. I was wondering about the omissions though. You didn't translate "Ich herrsche und lenke; bezwing das Gefuehl". "Schweigt jedes Kalkuel" really does not translate to "my heart melts" in any way. Regarding "ich werde mir untreu fuer Dich' and "I'd break every rule for you": That's not the same. The first implies that he's breaking his own rules and is losing himself (so also slightly negative connotations).
