Great demo! Thanks. I was thinking about getting this. Does it say on the package that this can be used over lip stick?

@TheRaerae1971 The direction on the box say it can be used over top lipstick. I have not tried lipstick yet... but when I do, I will let you know!

What i do, is put the Elf mineral Eye Shadow in that little square plastic thing, & put a couple drops of the makeup lock and seal & than put it on my eyes. & omg, it works amazing. :)
