Kratos is gonna this game awesome. But I never knew he had black wings (from what it showed in the vid). I know he ripped off Icarus' wings and uses them in God Of War 2, but they weren't black. Still, should be interesting.

Matter of fact, this resembles Super Smash Brothers Brawl in a way. I mean, obviously any Metal Gear fans who played Brawl for a Kojima-influenced storyline deserved to have been ripped off, but then how many people were expecting Solid Snake anyway.

Yeah it is about attracting people who play Kratos' games but might not play Soul Calibur. I'm taking a guess here and assuming Soul Calibur 3 didn't sell as well as 2. 3 didn't have any familiar franchise characters from other fiction that I know of. Soul Calibur 2 also sold best on GameCube so making 3 a PS2 exclusive was another strange decision. Which I'm guessing lead them to put characters like that in there again. And it works. It gets people talking at the very least.

You see its a marketing ploy, now it makes A WORLD OF SENSE to put known Star Wars characters in a SC game, but then it makes even MORE sense to put an EXTREMELY POPULAR video game character who's background fits nicely into the SC universe on the SPIN-OFF EDITION for the Playstation Portable, thus costing more dollar for the graphically-lessened Blades of Chaos.

Still, I might get a PSP for this and Daxter 2.
