First of all great to see you back and low 6's to low 5's......seriously?

I really doubt it would get that low. If you consider that any game from the past was to get released in todays market they would score very low, if you consider the Gameplay, the story and what the Multiplayer offers however I wouldent say a 5 or a 6 would be a fair reflection even todays standards.

@PaulB0991 I feel like it would because one of the things reviewers really look for in games is gameplay variation so you're not doing the same thing for 10 hours. Which is just what the game felt like to me the second time around. I also don't think the story in Halo CE was great but it took Halo 2 to make it an awesome universe. That's just my viewpoint. I still love the game. :)

halo anniversary is amazing and those "crap" graphics you said are the GREAT amazing graphics because its like playing the old game. and its a great game i didnt think that "this isnt a great game" 1 time while playing it. im 16 and i playe halo CE since i was 7. and if you dont like vertical maps then dont play because most maps they make are vertical.

They should not bring back old games, but keep things that made the game addictive like the halo 2 rankingsystem is the reason i have played competitive since 2006 and untill now and halo is just getting more and more boring and i dont use too much of my free time just playing because its fun. I feel like i dont have anything to play for anymore and even the rankingsystem on halo 3 wasnt enough after playing halo 2 for 4 years and i played halo 2 untill it went offline whenever i did not scrim

They should've remaked the Halo 1 campaign with the Halo 2 matchmaking.

never thought the campaign was necesarily the part that made halo ce be so epic from my childhood, it was the multiplayer that really gave it the wow factor for me, and i still enjoy the classic halo ce multiplayer a lot!

Yeah, I kind of agree about remakes. I like keeping the memory of the game rather than getting an awkward new version generally. Besides, Halo 1 was good enough as it was in my opinion. The graphics are actually pretty darn good to me.

@halozlucs What im trying to say, is CEs campaign doesnt feel repetitive to me, it was the first shooter i ever played. Games are getting crazy now by trying to send you globetrotting. CE created a setting, then had that setting be affect by current events. So it felt different even though it "looked" the same.

I meant to say, CEA is better IMO because 343i altered the gameplay alittle. Unfortunately the cutscenes are worst, but gameplay is 100x more important.
