This is a small collection of videos where legendary brazilian driver and Formula One's greatest racing driver ever was depicted in Japanese culture. Senna rose to the top in Japan to a certain point he gained the status of a god or some kind of "entity" from the Shinto traditions. Senna gained Japan's affection like no other western sportsman before. His fame went beyond the bounds of Honda's fever, entering on Japan's popular culture, becoming a part of the local "mythology", remembered and recalled even today, 17 years after his death. After Brazil, Japan is currently the country the loves Senna the most. For the japanese, Senna had the spirit a true Samurai and their feelings about the brazilian varied between enormous admiration and curiosity.
